  • 2 cans of tuna (350 g)

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (30 g)
  • 1 can of tuna (170 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of wheat flour (200 g)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (200 g)

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of water (20 ml)
  • Fry oil.

Method

  • Peel and cut the potatoes. Then wash them and put them to cook in a pot with plenty of water. Salt to taste.
  • When the water starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for another 15 minutes, until softened.
  • Next, drain the potatoes and put them back in the pot.
